Principle : Diode laser hair removal machines emit a concentrated beam of light that is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the hair follicles. This light energy is converted into heat, which damages the follicles and prevents or delays future hair growth.
Selective Photothermolysis: The diode laser targets the melanin in the hair follicles while minimizing damage to the surrounding skin. This is achieved by using specific wavelengths and pulse durations that are absorbed by melanin but not by other structures in the skin.
